Yes water is important. If you are trying to loose weight you should drink it more than usualy.
No 10 “Beware, drinks (besides water) also carry calories”
My opinion is, that beside larger amounts of water(than usual), some herbal teas are very usefull.
Good herbal teas help to get that extra water out, and all bad things with it.
I did some research and found that most comercialised products are crap and usualy expensive lie. I don’t want to leave links here, but I must mention Slimtea from Teateateas, because they are small, non comercial company and they are sencire. That would be my suggestion.
people always love to lose weight. i dont criticize that fact. theres nothing wrong with being healthy. its actually good. what bothers me is that, here, in a third world country where food is scarce and democracy is failing, people are still more concerned about their weight. ive seen a lot of rich girls here who are all skin and bones but still wont have a bite of a kitkat bar just because they want to maintain their “figure”. i hope they realize how lucky they are for 1. being able to eat anytime they want and 2. skin and bones is as bad as being overweight.
Our church started a Biggest Loser group, dividing participants into teams of four. We’re doing a 12 week thing, and I was the biggest loser at midpoint, losing 21 pounds, and our team lost 65 total pounds after the first six weeks.
I credit my success on the following:
1. Group support – my wife and I try to eat sensibly, watch calories, etc. The other two on our team are co-workers, so we eat together, like to support each other.
2. Exercise it a part, but we don’t like it. Wife does video exercises, I use treadmill (watching Fox News the whole time), and we also walk.
3. No kids – we can create healthy, lo cal/fat meals.
4. Eating often, try to include snacks, but life’s too busy.
5. Portion size – I feel satisfied with <2000 calories daily.
6. Nothing succeeds like success… pants are lose, shirt collars, etc.
7. REally minimal efforts… I'm gonna reach 30lb goal long before 12 weeks!
Melisa: I have heard of the slim tea mentioned else where too. I have looked for it but had no luck. I was wondering where you get it??? Thanks!!! 🙂
